PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All prices listed on the Charms 4u website are in Australian dollars and include GST. We exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors in our pricing and product information. If any such mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. Occasionally there may be an error in our inventory system or an item may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you to notify you of an approximate delivery date.
We apologise in advance for any inconveniece this may cause.
WARRANTY
Charms 4u will offer a 12 month warranty on Lovelinks and 6 months on all other brands against any manufacturing faults. We will not accept returns on damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.Returned items will be replaced. In the event that we are unable to replace the item, a store credit will be issued for the equivalent amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
Delivery:
Charms 4u will endeavour to ship your orders in a timely manner. Generally all orders received are shipped within 48 hours upon clearance of payment, unless otherwise advised.
Orders can also be picked up with prior arrangement. Just call or email to arrange a time.
Expected Delivery Time:
Within Australia
Regular Post – 2 to 5 working days
Registered Post – 2 to 5 working days
Express Post – 1 working day to most areas
International Orders
All international orders are shipped Airmail. Please allow approx 7 to 12 working days for delivery.
Postage:
All of our products are delivered by Australia Post to ensure that your product arrives on time.
Charms 4u offers FREE regular postage on all items within Australia.
International Airmail - $14.95
Additional services:
Registered Mail - $3.00. This is recommended for purchases, as it has a proof of posting and signature on delivery.
Express Post - $7.70 Guaranteed next day delivery (to most areas)
Insurance - Is recommended and price is based on order value. Cost is $3.00 for the first $100, then $1.25 per $100 (or part thereof) thereafter. Checkout will calculate the cost for you based on your total order value.
Charms 4u willl not be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
RETURN POLICY
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Charms 4u. That is why we support every product offered with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are in any way not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in original condition (unused, undamaged and in their original packaging) within 14 days from receipt.
If you want to return an item, please email us at sales@charms4u.com.au giving your order details and reason for the return. All returns must be approved by Charms 4u.
We ask that all items are returned in a secure padded bag with your full name, address, and orginal receipt. Insurance or registered post is recommended as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during delivery.
Charms 4u reserves the right to refuse a return if not in original condition or has not been returned in secure packaging.
Please note: Postage charges will not be refunded, and return postage costs are at the customers expense.

If you have selected to pay via Bank Transfer, Bank Cheque or Money Order, payments need to be completed within 7 days after checkout. Otherwise orders will be cancelled.

All items purchased from Charms 4u are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier – Australia Post.
